With an excess of $3.5 Billion in commercial transactions of which he has personally closed, managed, or supervised, of which has led to his continuity as an Author, Speaker, Trainer in both Commercial Real Estate and the Mortgage Industry.


Currently, Mr. Von Romer holds an active Broker License with the Axis Realty Advisors, Inc.; and has received his license in both Florida and Pennsylvania. He is specializing in Investment Property Sales, Buyer and Tenant Representation, Seller and Landlord Representative, Consulting Services and Receivership Management.


Mr. Von Romer’s most recent activities have been the close of multiple industrial properties at $2,995,000, $2,500,000, $1,900,000; and closing on a commercial loan in the amount of $2,000,000.
